RETURN POLICY

Effective: March 10, 2023

At J-Lux Label, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return most eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please take a moment to review our return policy in detail. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

  • 30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
    • With all original tags attached and in place.
    • In the original packaging or a suitable protective package.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “As-Is,” or on clearance at the time of purchase.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing tags, or shows signs of wear or use.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

2. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To start a return, please visit our online returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Step 2: Review & Authorization
Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it for eligibility based on the criteria above. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions via email.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the eligible item(s) securely in a shipping box or the original package.
  • Include the completed return form (generated from the portal) inside the package.
  • Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email using a trackable shipping carrier.

Important Notes:

  • DO NOT ship your return to the original sender address or any physical company address, as it will not be processed.
  • Returns sent without an RMA number may be significantly delayed or lost. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

3. REFUNDS

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your return package to reach our warehouse after you ship it.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional business days (typically 5-10) to post the refund to your account after we have issued it.

Deductions:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee may be applied to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., missing tags, repackaged incorrectly).

4. EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

Process for Exchanges:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item as described in Section 2.
  2. In the returns portal, select “Exchange” and choose your desired size.
  3. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the exchanged item to you.
  4. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchange Shipping:

  • For size exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
  • Expedited shipping for exchanges is available at an additional cost.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care in inspecting and packing every order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered):

  • Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and any packaging issues.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and promptly arrange for a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including original shipping charges.

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For orders shipped outside of the United States:

  • The 30-day return policy still applies from the delivery date.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes for the returned shipment. These costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any international transaction fees that were incurred at the time of the original purchase (as these are charged by your financial institution and are non-refundable by us).

7. STORE CREDIT

You may opt to receive refunds in the form of store credit.

  • Store credit is issued electronically and does not expire.
  • It can be used on a future purchase on our website.

8. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless they are defective.

9. GIFT RETURNS

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done both of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

11. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
